ANWAG Survey on Part B Claim Denials

EECAP helped the Alliance of Nuclear Workers Advocacy Groups (ANWAG) conduct a short, anonymous survey to learn how well claimants understand the reasons for their claims denials. Check out the final results to see how well claimants understand NIOSH's dose reconstructions. Here is NIOSH's response to the survey.

EECAP's final survey results are in! Here is what claimants had to say about their experience with EEOICPA.

On September 14, 2010 results from this survey was presented to over 40 members of Congress as well as officials from Department of Labor, and NIOSH and DOL Ombudsmans' offices to document how the EEOICPA process is working for claimants. This would not have been possible without your input and help. Our thanks to all who participated.
